Development Process
Identify
Using our extensive network and in-house research we will identify development sites in your target location.
Our team considers planning risk, site constraints, available utilities, ground conditions and land price prior to identifying the preferred site.
Aquire
Through negotiation and thorough due diligence, we will acquire your preferred site.
Design
Having a detailed understanding of your requirements, West Ranga will determine the optimal building design that not only meets the immediate project objectives but accommodates full flexibility throughout the lifespan of the building.
Build
Once the design is finalised, we will select the preferred procurement route, negotiate institutionally acceptable construction documents and manage contractor negotiations and appointments. We will intensively monitor the construction phase through to Practical Completion (PC).
